Lightweight hinges: The hinges are thinner and narrower than the general hinges, and are primarily suitable for light wooden doors and windows and general wood furniture.

Square hinge: The hinge plate is wider and thicker than the general hinge. It is primarily used on doors and windows or furniture with large components and scales.

T-shaped hinge : suitable for wider door leaf, such as factory, warehouse door and so on.

H-shaped hinge: It is a kind of core-drawing hinge, in which a leaf plate can be removed. It is primarily used on wooden doors or screen doors that need to be removed frequently.

Screen door spring hinge: The door can be closed after being opened and can only be opened in one direction. The hinge pin can be pulled out to adjust and exchange the spring, which is mostly used on the real steel structure screen door.

Bearing hinge (copper): Each slat shaft of the hinge is equipped with a one-way thrust ball bearing. The door switch is simple and flexible, and is mostly used on heavy steel doors or special steel frame steel doors.

The core hinge: the hinge axis (pin) can be pulled out. After extraction, the door and window sash can be removed for easy wiping. It is primarily used on wooden doors and windows that need to be opened frequently.

Fan-shaped hinge: The two blades of the scalloped hinge are half thicker than the thickness of the general hinge, and are suitable for various doors and windows that require rolling opening and closing.

Silent hinge: Also known as nylon washer hinge, when the door and window switch, the hinge is silent, and it is mainly used on the doors and windows of public buildings.

Single-flag hinge: The hinge is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rust and wear and is easy to disassemble. Mostly used on double-glazed windows.

Folding the window hinge : When the device is installed, the two sheets with the mandrel should be installed on both sides of the window frame, and the two sheets without the mandrel should be installed on both sides of the sash. A slotted, non-mandrel negative plate shall be placed on the side of the sash groove to allow the sash to be loaded and unloaded. Use for activities in factories, warehouses, houses, public buildings, etc.

Multi-function hinge: When the open angle is less than 75°, it has active sealing function. When it is at the angle of 75°-90°, it is stable. If it is greater than 95°, it will be actively positioned. This hinge can be used on the door instead of the general hinge.

Anti-theft hinge: general hinge, when the shaft is pulled out, the door leaf can be removed, the anti-theft hinge, through the self-locking action of the pin and pin hole on the two blades of the hinge, can prevent the door leaf from being unloaded, and It has anti-theft effect and is suitable for residential houses.

Two-axis hinge: The two-axis hinge is divided into two types, which can open, close and disassemble the door leaf. Suitable for general door and window sashes.

Spring hinge: The door can be closed after being opened. The single spring hinge can only be opened in one direction. The double spring hinge can be opened in both directions. Primarily used on the gates of public buildings.

1. Before the device, check whether the hinge matches the door and window frame and the fan.

Second, check whether the hinge slot and hinge height, width and thickness match.

Third, it should be checked whether the hinges and the screws and fasteners connected to them are matched.

Fourth, the hinge connection should be matched with the material of the frame and the fan. For example, the hinge used for the steel frame wooden door, the side that is connected with the steel frame is welded, and the side that is connected with the wooden door fan is fixed by wood screws.

5. In the case where the two leaf plates of the hinge are asymmetrical, it should be discriminated which board should be connected to the fan, which one should be connected to the door and window frame, and the side connected to the three sections of the shaft should be fixed with the frame. The side connected to the two sections of the shaft shall be fixed to the frame.

6. When installing the device, make sure that the hinges on the same fan are on the same vertical line to avoid the door and window fan bounce.
